Hospital Equipment Management and Maintenance (English)

4. Maintenance Execution Programme:
   This module will introduce the key principles and best practices of maintenance execution programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
5. (Re-) Training Program:
   This module will discuss the importance of a re-training program and what to look out for when scheduling trainings. It will cover the assessment of training needs, the design of training programs and much guidance how to optimize your current training programme.
6. Contract Management:
   This module will provide an overview of the essential elements of contract management, including contract negotiation and contract administration.
7. Case Study to apply Knowledge:
   The final module will provide a case study for participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills on a specific medical equipment.
