Free Webinar: Hospital Equipment Management and Maintenance (English)

Effective management and maintenance of hospital equipment is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. 3. Maintenance Execution Programme:
   This module will introduce the key principles and best practices of maintenance execution programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
4. Calibration and Measureement Technology:
   Learn more about the principles and importance of calibration and measurement technology. This module includes practical sessions covering the entire calibration process, from planning and scheduling calibrations to performing and documenting them using calibration records.
5. (Re-) Training Program:
   This module will discuss the importance of a re-training program and what to look out for when scheduling trainings. It will cover the assessment of training needs, the design of training programs and much guidance how to optimize your current training programme.
6. Contract Management (optional):
   This module will provide an overview of the essential elements of contract management, including contract negotiation and contract administration.
7. Digital Asset Management and Maintenance:
   Software solutions can help simplify and optimize maintenance processes for hospital equipment. This module provides an overview of key selection criteria for maintenance software and introduces a practical software solution for digital asset management, maintenance planning, work order management, and performance monitoring.

Depending on the interests and backgrounds of the participants, one of the above modules will be explored in greater depth during the webinar. This webinar is designed for professionals who would like to gain an introduction to the field of equipment management and maintenance in the healthcare industry.
